Sorry Ken, but not a single one of these tanks that failed was used by a cave diver. All were in open water shops (or shop fill stations outside). Cavers overfil steel tanks but few will overfill Al tanks. Al tanks turn to chrapnel while the steels will generally split whenn they fail.
