That is a very good question. No all boats do not. It do.
A few years ago I asked the dive shops that do buiness with
me if they wanted me to include tanks. They over whelmingly said
no. They would like to rent the tanks to you. They have a piont.
They need to stay in business. As we all do. Please do not take this
as something against you, or other divers. If you do not have a tank
or can not get it to the boat, most shops will help you out.
