I don't know if you can rent a hosing or not.
But if you can I would be very careful with an expensive like the 2000 if its not your housing you never know what its been through.

If I did find a place and rent a housing with that camera I would at the very least get a complete set of new o-rings and use them.

As for flood insurance never go in the water without it. In my case its a trade off of spending about 500.00 dollars for it or 13.5K for new gear.
