Scrubbing slime off a boat hull with a soft bristle brush by hand can take many hours. If there are any hard critters, like barnacles, make that days.
You might want to check out the market by visiting some of the local marinas, tho keep in mind that you'll be in competition with the marina owners if they have a hoist & power washer.
