My husband turns our ice chest into an aquarium. He fills it with ocean water adds an aquarium air stones and feeds them kelp and a little fresh raw fish. We've kept them up to 10 days this way. The key is changing the water almost daily. We live close to the beach and go a couple times a week filling a 5 gallon bottle --heavy! It's a lot of work but, if you want to impress with live lobster dinners,and keep pet lobsters. it's fun! P.S. Keep the dog out of the ice chest.
