Thanks for the comment -- didn't think about the tides. Yesterday high tide was at 7:08 am and low was at 12:27 pm, so it was definitely going out when I was there. Noticed a lot of particles of something or other in the water.
The other diver I was talking to at the park said he had had a lot better vis the previous Friday when it was 60'+.
