Sound like cow had poor instruction in the first place and is an easy mark for a slick sales person and is falling for the GUE marketing scam for Halcyon gear.
Any good instructor should have been able to teach the same skills to her in the first place without all the marketing scam........in short it sounds like another DIR clone puppet in the making.
