Why do you consider the Halycon backplate superior to the ScubaPro
backpack, since the Halycon lifts the tank further off the back?
Both hold the tank very firmly in place and can have a single piece
strap. Is there a reason beyond that wings are not made for the
ScubaPro backplate?
I'm asking cuz I always liked the ScubaPro backplate for comfort
and firmness. I dunno what kind of stock bouyancy device it is
compatible with. I've just seen it done custom with a wing.
