I didn't look at the video that closely, I just saw him reaching for something and assumed it was a second stage.. My mistake.. I just looked at overall execution and smoothness.
The skill I spoke about does take some practice but its not as difficult as it seems... and of course it wouldn't work with that bag shown, it needs an open ended bag...
