I like to make a little aluminum foil boat to set the splits in. Catches the juices & butter, makes 'em
a tad juicer.
Light sprinkle of garlic, a few pats of butter & a squeeze of lime ( or lemon) sets 'em off. Avoid salt 'till done.
Shutting the grill off & letting them coast to doneness makes for a REAL tender juicy bug.
