Although I personally didn't dive Italian Gardens because I had to lend my BC valve cap to another diver on our boat, Tony Hanna repoorts that he saw TEN black sea bass at a depth of about 70'. He said he just settled into the bottom and they all started coming over to see what the noisy air-breather was doing. he got a few shots with his camera but then was out of film, so he just sat there and enjoyed the spectacle for ten minutes or so.
Needless to say, he was quite stoked and excited when he got back on the boat.
