even thought the Suunto is programmed a certain way, that is no guarantee against DCS. there is no guarantee. live an learn.

i believe that the Suunto excels in the NitrOx mode. to dive with EAN32, you set your gas mix to 32%. you should also set your PO2 limit to 1.4 since you will be working (swimming) at depth. MOD becomes 110 fsw. it will beep at you if you wander deeper, until you come shallow to 110 again. great feature!

you could also set your own customized max depth, like 100 fsw if you want. pressing any button turns that beeper off. but the PO2 warning beeper does not go off until you come shallow to a safer depth as predetermined before the dive.
