I had a guy come into the shop one night that thought he may have gotten bent. I call DAN and gave them his membership number and they put me on hold for more than twenty minutes. I hung up and tried again. After being on hold again for five minutes, I hung up and drove him to Long Beach Memorial where he received treatment over two days. He told me later that even the hospital had trouble getting through to DAN.
