I've seen modest sheephead (by San Mig or 'Cruz standards) at the extreme west end (where there are no scallops whatsoever ;-) and in the vicinity of "Coral Reef" on the backside.
i'd try shooting a few if there was a good recipe or if i was in a position to make some ceviche.
