It is a conservative recomendation that if anyone feels comfortable following then I recomend that they should follow. In my view, given that I routinely get right out of the water and on a airplane, I don't see it as a recomendation worth following.. If you do the math, it is overly conservative, but just so some on this list don't twist my words to suit their agenda's I want to be clear.. If you feel comfortable with it, by all means wait before you get on a plane..
