I think Jerry was talking about explosive decompression. How do you treat that, aside from breathing pure O2 in advance the way NASA does? I recall Boeing had a case of explosive decompression during one of the early test flights of the 777. Several of the crew were treated for bends. I don't think they had been diving beforehand.
