I never said diving air is unsafe, but there are more appropriate mixes especially for the depths we have been talking are well aware of this but continue to bang you head against the wall. If you choose to dive air that's your choice and one given the situation we were discussing could have been made better by several you disagree that predisposing factors should be eliminated or limited whenever possible? Can you argue with me the merits of dry vs wet and the decreased m-value ceilings associated with being cold as well as the cost benefit ratio of heightened PPO2's for deco stops?

Why are you blaming the dive boats for a choice you make? It is you choice and your's alone to dive air. I would dive on those boats and dive the appropriate gas for the dive.
