Questions about Nitrox diving in Southern California

Since I want to sign up for a Nitrox class as soon as I'm okay to dive again, I have a few questions about what to do once I'm certified. What shops in the LA area (the closer to West LA, the better) pump Nitrox? If I'm keeping my mix below 40% do I need to have a specially cleaned regulator or tank? Or can I switch between air and Nitrox without problems? If I choose to bring a tank of Nitrox on a boat that pumps only air, what are the problems (if any) of doing the first and deepest dive on Nitrox then getting the tank topped off with air for the rest of the dives? Do I have to have a special green and yellow Nitrox sticker on my tank to get a fill, or can I use a removable label so I can go back and forth?

Any info would be appreciated.
