Sure, in as much as his shop doesn't do anything to make Nitrox more convenient (and in fact, actually makes it impossible if you dive one of their charters). It would also help if more boats down here made Nitrox available on board.
As far as taking divers to a deep spot where the only alternative is to sit the dive out, I agree that probably wasn't the best choice. Again, to be fair, he and Ray were improvising. If we hadn't been turned away from the oil rigs, this wouldn't have been an issue.
