Luminox doesn't provide watches to the military, they have an agreement with Stocker & Yale to use the design of the military "navigator" watch.
They did add an improvement to the design in form of the screw down crown, something the current military versions of the navigator don't have.
Best feature is the tritium tubes that throw a LOT of light w/o the need of recharging.
Citizen puts out a decent watch for a reasonable price in the form of the Eco-Drive. Has a screw down crown.
The Casio G-shock is sometimes in use on the combat swimmer's nav boards.
