This morning, surf at Leo Carrillo was 3-4 ft and looked murky, so we went east of Pt. Dume.
Surf at Escondido Creek was 1-2 feet and vis was +/- 10 feet, or so I'm told. I spent 45 minutes in the surf zone looking for my lost fin in mostly zero-vis. Just when I was about to give up, there it was right in front of me. I'll have to say a special thank you the scuba gods.
