I have found that paranoia helps a lot: if I maintain a high level of paranoia about being flamed, then I tend to be more careful about what I say. I also have found that going back and re-reading stuff helps too.
Written English is not the best mode of communication on this Earth.
Regarding the concept of the narcosis of O2, that is a new concept to me. I have heard of it, but I have not studied it much. Most of what I have learned about it has been from these posts on these dive boards. Thank you for your update on that.
