I have seen these arguments go different ways. Rodales had a piece that said 1.6 was just fine, although none of us on the West Coast goes higher than 1.4
Repetitive tech diving is way beyond my own technical skills so far. I can see how you would be right about lower PO2s of 1.3 or 1.2 in that case however, due to the cumulative nature of the various CNS calculations on a single day.
