In the Oxygen Hacker's Companion a dive shop is quoted with having a great way to narc out Nitrox fillers at the top off...
They just bleed out a bit of the air in the tank before they fill it, and watch the reaction. If someone was hoping to top off a PP blend, they're hosed.

-- I went in to my local shop and asked a hypothetical, "If I brought this in would you be willing to top it off." I got the hypothetical, "As long as it's below X% O2." So when I do start mixing my own, I won't have to buy the compressor...
