I got a very nice email from Charlie Johnson, training director for American Nitrox Divers International (ANDI).
In it he clearly stated that "...(ANDI) programs can not, are not and will not be allowed through "mail order" of any venue. A real live instructor is always required."
It was nice to have Charlie's response and I am sure he would not mind me sharing a portion of it with the board.
