We just received a notice from DUI and thought we'd pass it on the gist of it:

DUI has issued a recall on all of their BCs sold prior to November 1 of this year, due to a potentially faulty over-pressure valve (the one we like to refer to as “the butt dump”) which could fail to seat, allowing the BC to fill with water (or to prevent it from holding air) and cause a potential drowning hazard.

Although this is an easy fix (shouldn’t take more than a few minutes), it’s still a hazardous condition and you should not dive with the BC until the problem is corrected. If you have one of these BCs, bring it to any authorized DUI dealer and we’ll install a new valve. The suspect over-pressure valves have a red pull. the new ones will have a yellow pull.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact DUI directly at 800/325-8439.
