I'm confused about how #9, "Technical diving," is a reason to sue someone. I've been technical diving for nine years and have yet to be sued. Should I be worried? Perhaps the context is restricted to those in a supervisory, including teaching, capacity. If so, are law suits more prevalent in technical diving than recreational diving? I would have thought the opposite would be true. Please explain.
