Lois Ann and Blue Escape are both good. Lois Ann has onboard nitrox fills, if this is important to you.
Hydrodiver would be a good choice if you've got a group (up to 6). Easier to set your own schedule.
Horizon's a good boat, but doesn't usually go to Wreck Alley except as part of a longer trip.
