Tech Support -- Suunto PC Interface

I'm having trouble setting up the PC interface for a Suunto computer.

The software install (v 1.3) went fine. But when I run the Dive Manager, it can't see the interface on any of the COM ports. I checked the Device Manager and it seems fine. Any ideas?
