I'm 6' and 160lbs. I got a Pioneer 36 for versatility. As stated by tleemay the 36 doesn't add much in drag over the 27. The 36 does give me more lift when, if ever, I need it. I got the Explorer 55 for the same reasons. The idea of a tiny batwing sounds attractive for "looky lu" diving! I only had room in my budget for two wings so the 36 and the 55 are my wings for now.
