Perhaps you need to read the rules again.
They are designed to be fair to everyone.
They do not prohibit discussion about any events, past or upcoming.
The only thing prohibited posts that are repeated blatant promotions (spam).
If you see a post that you believe violates the rules do not hesitate to contact any editor about it, since the editors do not read every post.
