Bob, if there is ever any question, then it's too short. I too have spent thousands of dollars on diving and have yet to capture a legal sized bug. Be happy they have reduced the charge and pay the fine. What if you get in there with your bad attitude and they change their minds. I've let a lot of questionable lobsters go because it's the right thing to do. When I get that "prized" catch it will be a prize that I won't be ashamed of.
