i hate to say it but the lack of clarity on the front of the carapace makes it look as if the photographer was trying to hide something. It is very easy to take a decent, clear photo of the situation and as a juror, that photo would not convince me to take your side. Don't feel bad tho, i've grabbed and tossed more shorts than usual this season....must be as Chris said "San Clemente Syndrome"
