Sat night was good. I kinda figured i'd hit it right when i could see the birds and squid boats out on Lake Pacific from the parking lot. Lots of thornbacks, stingrays and batrays. It was neat to see the bats gliding around in the gloomy shallows. Lots of crabs of various sorts and a few rockfish and even a little tiny halibut.
i filled my bag with about 10 lbs of squid in a half hour at 55-65fsw and called it a night.
Those of you diving with a camera, do you find the sand to be a problem with the o-rings and seals on the controls???
