Cabo in January

Anyone have any recommendations as far as hotel, dive operators, etc. in Cabo? I am looking at the Hotel Hacienda Beach Resort right now. If anyone has any comments about that Hotel I would appreciate it. Also if anyone has dove (diven, dived, whatever, :-)) there in January...any comments? Thanks in advance.
