It seems the squid were even thicker than when I went in November (http://diver.net/bbs/messages/23847.shtml).
It seems the way your server is configured that the video only works sometimes Internet Explorer.
It would not work for me at my job (through a proxy server) with either Netscape or IE, but worked at home with IE just fine.
