It's because they don't. GUE has nothing to do with marketing shares. I am one of two GUE instructors on the west coast, the only one teaching in California and I have no shares with anyone. And no one is paying me except an occasional student.
Last weekend the two of us on the west coast spent our own money in order to teach a DIR fundamentals class to local instructors. Absolutely no fee was charged for the three days we had spent with them. What we gain out of this is safer instructors who will share our wealth of information, thus creating safer divers themselves.
Know tell me what that has to do with market share.
I will send your posts to the president of the organization and see if he would care to persue your slandering of the institutions.
