My totally unsupportable theory is that younger divers do nto feel the difference. Aging divers seem to really notice. I am not alone (or even very original) as that is why so many have taken to calling it Geezer Gas (my tank has such a sticker on it).

Funny how theories go. Maybe a few will start restating mine here and there and after a while it will become "common knowledge" like the SubC.DCS thing. VBG
