Jees Eric, you make it sound like shop owners are getting rich of some underhanded scheme. They would have to pay employees to take it handle it recyler it or give it to a hydro guy for safe disposal. And or what the potential for maybe $10.00 recycle value. Give them a break he was offering a free service that will probably cost him money.
