I've had the Ikelite housing for four problem free years. It must be due for a tune up? Ikelite is very reputatble and reasonable for any repairs, (two 200 strobes have been rebuilt due to floods). I only use the housed system with the 105mm macro. There are some nice systems out there but Ikelite still get the job done for now. My work isn't that good, yet! You don't have to wait for a boat trip to check some of them out.
