Good point Ken. I would like to hear any logical excuse/reason why they setup in this manner. Maybe my knee jerk reaction was too quick but to me it would be detrimental to hearing air leaks and more of an entanglement hazard. I've never seen this before and seems more unusual than mounting the tanks upside down.
