To dive Catalina from Catalina, call Catalina Scuba Luv at (800) 262-3483 about a trip on the Prince Neptune (6 passenger), the King Neptune (20 passenger) or to dive the underwater park at
Casino Point. Back and forth to the island is easy on the Catalina Express, reservations at (800) 481-3470.
From the mainland, check the online listings for the boats out of Long Beach (I like the Encore), San Pedro (Mr. C).
I LOVE Catalina, but don't get stuck on the idea of only diving there, if you can get on a boat to the other channel islands you won't be disappointed. They don't seems to get as many divers and can to be more prestine.
