It's a bit of a drive from Rancho Cucamonga, but you might try the Blue Escape in San Diego. Their online schedule indicates they will be going out on Friday, 1/4/02.

The Lois Ann in San Diego is also nitrox friendly, but will be out of the water for maintenance in January.
