i have to say that i have never encountered anything that even remotely 'scared' me like the sight of that dark predator underwater. i swim alone below the rookerys at nic and sbi, i have swam alone at night at bishop and never perceive any danger, but that encounter definately left an impression on me.
Seahunt, what you discribe is the tension that differentiates the potential of a man's actions from reality of his actions. The innate instinct to tighten that difference is exactly what separates the pros from the amateurs. If i were a hunter, i unequivically guarantee you that no other person on earth would ever see me underwater.
That guy is the only person that has ever surprised me underwater.
