You're looking for a dive computer, not a bottom timer. Personally I like the Aladin line from Beauchant. The battery is soldered in (in my model), but if you're mechanically inclined in the least it's a snap to replace. I believe they make a model which is programmable for technical diving. 110 meters is quite deep, what are you going so far down for?
