California North Coast is some of the toughest diving there is. With planning and some good weather (early June is iffy) you could get in some good diving. There is a boat out of Albion (Dive Crazies) that might be what you need. One of the best ways to enjoy North Coast diving is snorkeling. If you can comfortably go to 12 feet it is enough and solves some major problems. If you really want dive and plan it carefully, you can probably do it. If not, I'd suggest you go sight seeing. It is a beautiful place with some beautiful diving and my favorite place to dive.
