Really, aside from the water temp (and it's not
that different) I suspect that the diving in the
Seattle area is probably far easier than the CA
North Coast. I don't know first hand, butit is
also supposed to be very beautiful. While I love
CA diving, I cannot suggest the North Coast for
anyone who is not a pretty darn good diver.
