The rapid decline of the abalone was a cardinal event in annals of failed fisheries management. Sounds like they are bound and determined to correct the problem. I applaud their efforts!

Believe me i have tried! Over the past 4 years, i have made just about every overture i could think of to this abalone and it still doesn't even know i exist~
