Who's gonna drag these guys out when they get stuck? Seriously, the requirements to being on that team are incredibly slim for you to hold them in such high esteem. I realize that a lot of DIR types are the text book cowboy/armchair quaterback style but there is a serious difference to those with experince and training and those without.
