If YMCA scuba, NAUI, PADI, and SSI got together and agreed to publish 100 fsw as the maximum MOD for all recreational diving, that would be a great improvement. Unfortunately they have this arbitrary 130 fsw convention already in their literature, and that is really about 30 fsw too deep.
